Helping students unlock their communication potential through creative and innovative approaches.

What is OBS?
- OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is a free, open-source program used for video recording and live streaming.
- It allows users to create dynamic video presentations by layering media sources like webcams, images, videos, and text.
- Educators can use OBS to create engaging virtual lessons, record instructional videos, or enhance live teaching sessions.
- The software supports green screen (chroma key) effects, enabling teachers to place themselves and their students in different virtual environments.
- OBS integrates with platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and YouTube for interactive and visually rich lessons.
- While it has a learning curve, once set up, OBS provides endless creative possibilities for engaging students in multimedia learning.

About Me
Hi, I’m Felicita (or Mrs. Fela as my students call me), a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist passionate about using cutting-edge technology to make therapy sessions fun, engaging, and effective. In just a few years of experience under my belt as a new clinician, I’ve worked with students of all ages, combining evidence-based practices with innovative tools to help them achieve their communication goals.
When I’m not working directly with students, I teach fellow professionals how to integrate technology into their practice, including my self-guided course on using OBS software and green-screen technology for both in-person and virtual lessons.
